How to generate Project Reports?

Project Reports are a new category of reports in ScheduleReader that consists of the following project type reports:

  • Project Costs
  • Project Duration
  • Project Units

Project Cost Report

The Project Costs report informs you about the current costs of the project plan or in case of a master project, for each project that is exported in the XER file. The table part of the report gives information about the actual total and remaining total costs as well as baselines project total costs and costs variance. Presented values are on the project level.

The look of the Project Costs report is presented in the image below.

To generate the predefined Project Cost Report, navigate to the Reports View, and choose the Project Costs Report from the Project group of Reports.

Project Duration Report

The Project Duration report informs you about the current duration of each WBS segment that is part of the project plan. The table part of the report gives information about the actual and remaining duration as well as baselines project total duration, at completion duration, and duration variance. Presented values are on the project level.

The look of the Project Duration report is presented in the image below.

To generate the predefined Project Duration Report, navigate to the Reports View, and choose the Project Duration Report from the Project group of Reports.

Project Units Report

WBS Units report informs you about the current units of all WBSs’ that are part of the project plan. In the table, information for the budgeted, actual and remaining units, as well as baselines, project total units, and unit variance.

The look of the WBS Units report is presented in the image below.

To generate the predefined Project Unit Report, navigate to the Reports View, and choose the Project Units Report from the Project group of Reports.
