Meet our partner – ASDD Concept
In this interview we are joined by Ahmed Saleh D. Dalloul, owner of ASDD Concept, a Qatari Company established in March 2024 to bridge the gaps between knowledge and software in engineering fields, forming new ideas into concept to make a difference that create solutions for each challenge.
Ahmed, can you introduce yourself and give us some background on your company’s mission and services?
I have graduated as Civil Engineer from Qatar University with 18 years’ experience in the field, holding iMBA from Spain and certified as Strategic International Project Manager.
The company was an idea since collage time as I faced difficulties in finding reliable software for my university or work tasks, which were easy to purchase and came with reliable support. On top of that having a strong training was almost impossible to find. The idea for the company came to reality as social website in October 2007.

What guided you to become a reseller of Synami’s products, and what has your experience been like so far?
I was searching for alternative software with simplified interface and linking strategy thinking within multi-projects management to resolve the issue of having one file for strategy, and multiple files for projects, where even the master project plan is not combining all dots together.
I have seen how Synami’s products are all linked in simple way to other products, where I though it’s somehow an AI, I realized these products are going to relive the industry pain…
Currently, we have almost a year as a reseller, and we have many inquiries, and meetings with potential clients who are exploring the products. We are also arranging webinars and trainings to demonstrate how easy life can be with the help of Synami products.
How do Synami’s products add value to project teams and company, and what challenges do they help solve?
They provide a unified platform for the project team, supporting multiple updates on the same platform. Managers or decision makers can see the project updates, plans in one unified platform without the complexity of other software.
How do Synami’s solutions address current industry demands?
Qatar market is used to certain software due to end-users, however, the current prices of those software and how complicity of new projects status, create a pressure to search for better prices, quality and a simpler way to manage multiple complex projects in terms of easy reporting and follow-up.
What advice would you give to companies looking to optimize their project management processes with tools like ScheduleReader?
The key to success is to have a consistence upgrade with proper change management process, so don’t fear shifting from old to new ways under the excuse of “let’s keep it this way” and you wasted time, efforts, and money for long hours of headache.
