And while a lot has changed over the past decade, our goal remains the same: making project schedules accessible, understandable, and useful for everyone involved.

From Static PDF Schedules to Interactive Project Insights

A decade ago, Synami launched ScheduleReader with a clear conviction: to build a software that empowers teams with view access to the project data in Primavera schedules, replacing the use of static PDF schedule timelines that were widely used across capital project-intensive industries.

Today, ScheduleReader stands as the go-to viewer for project professionals worldwide, trusted by leading companies for its speed, viewing and reporting capabilities.

What defines ScheduleReader today is the continuous support and input from professionals working on complex, high-stakes projects.

Over the years, your feedback has directly shaped the product:

• On-site teams needed a way to communicate activity updates: Progress Update enabled reporting from the field;
• Project controls required cost and schedule insights: features like baseline comparison, S-curves, and earned value analysis were introduced;
